The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs. You’ll have a natural growth mindset and drive to achieve great outcomes for Unleashed customers and the Access business.\nDay-to-day, you will:\nInfluence and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nGather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed product backlog items.\nCreate, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and understood as requirements and opportunities change.\nConduct customer/market research, analyze data, and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.\nTrack and report on product performance using key metrics.\nParticipating/leading in sprint planning, grooming, and all ceremonies through the sprint period.\nCollaborate closely with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.\nCommunicating the product roadmap, features and bugs to engineering colleagues and wider cross-functional business when required.\nMonitoring progress, reporting delivery progress and escalating risks and challenges.\nProcessing and analysing key product data to influence decision making and ensure maximise value is delivered to the target customers.\nEnsure the product meets the highest quality standards and delivers exceptional user experiences.\nCommunicate with stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and managing expectations.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement\nKey performance indicators:\nSprint success rate\n3 sprints ahead of groomed backlog\nBacklog maintained and prioritised daily\nReporting and measuring success of consumption and outcomes of features delivered\nBugs processed daily to support exceptional customer experience\nLeading appropriate ceremonies and processes (Planning, grooming, release ceremonies)\nCreating feature delivery documentation including HLSD, Epics, User Stories, & helpfiles at specified project milestones\nDaily risk review of In Progress development\nPresent progress updates of development work on a semi-weekly basis\nDaily review & processing of inbound customer feedback\nYour skills and experiences might also include:\nAt least 3 years’ experience in SaaS software\nProficiency in product lifecycle management, from ideation to end-of-life. 3-4 years proven experience working product development processes and frameworks.\nStrong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and align diverse stakeholders.\nAbility to gather and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interpret data and market trends.\nBasic technical understanding and the ability to effectively collaborate with development teams.\nProven leadership skills and experience guiding cross-functional teams to successful product deliveries.
