This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to “hands-on” work with product setup, migrations, upgrades and performance tuning.\nAs an Atlassian Technical Consultant, the role will also take part in pre-sales - offering solutions, providing estimates and producing proposals. The position will naturally involve maintaining and improving knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, related technologies, and other collaborative tools such as Slack.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAtlassian Solution Consultancy\nUse knowledge of Atlassian products to gather and analyse requirements, research and present solutions to clients, and make suitable recommendations\nCommunicate regularly with a range of stakeholders\nParticipation in pre-sales, helping define scope and estimates for projects as well as helping in solution design\nParticipation in internal knowledge-sharing and improvements \nTravel to client sites and working on site where necessary\nAtlassian Solution Implementation and Delivery\nInstallations, upgrades, migrations for Atlassian applications and associated technologies\nCustom Atlassian solution design and implementation e.g., workflow, plugins/scripts, configuration\nScripting solutions with languages like Groovy and Python\nDatabase administration and querying\nWeb integration of Atlassian and other applications using Rest APIs\nSystem administration (Linux and Windows), particularly application servers\n What we're looking for\nExperience in technical consulting, with background of Atlassian toolsets is a must\nScripting experience in Scripturnner or with a language like Groovy or Python\nExperience with system administration (e.g. Linux and Bash scripting) and database operations\nExperience in cloud infrastructure setup like AWS, Google cloud and Azure\nStrong written and spoken English language skills \nExperience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements\nExperience writing and contributing to technical reports\nExcellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills\nAn ability to think innovatively and creatively\nTeam player and strong collaboration skills\nSelf-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious \nA few nice to haves\nExperience with web integration using Rest APIs\nExperience in AI or Atlassian Rovo\nExperience in other tools including Gitlab, Monday.com, SNOW and serviceNow\nExperience in developing Atlassian Apps\nExperience with requirements gathering and analysis\nExperience within a fast-paced, fast-growth tech start-up environment\nUnderstanding of non-functional requirements for application scalability, availability, and security\n Not ticking every box?
