From blank canvas to pixel-perfect launch, you own the craft.\nThis is not a support role. You'll sketch a concept at 9 AM, prototype in Figma by lunch, and user-test by dinner. You'll pair directly with researchers and engineers, fusing breakthrough models with world-class interaction design.\nYou'll focus on clarity, trust, and delight - ensuring every flow, animation, and interaction moves users from curiosity to reliance.\nWhat You'll Do\nDraw the future: Sketch a concept at 9 AM, prototype in Figma by lunch, user-test by dinner. Own the full arc from blank canvas to shipped product.\nMake magic visible: Translate complex agent behavior - memory, intent, action history - into UI so intuitive it feels inevitable.\nCraft end-to-end journeys: Map flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and interactive prototypes that hide complexity behind elegance.\nPrototype at lightning speed: Monday: idea. Tuesday: interactive demo. Wednesday: user feedback. Thursday: refined build spec.\nChampion the user: Run guerrilla tests, A/B experiments, and analytics reviews to turn pain into joy - fast.\nDesign for trust: Visualize agent reasoning, decision-making, and action history so users always feel in control.\nSet the standard: Establish design systems, accessibility guidelines, and brand voice that every future hire will follow.\nSweat every millisecond: Animation, micro-copy, haptics - nothing ships until it delights.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years crafting digital products end-to-end, with a portfolio that marries beauty and usability\n\nProven experience designing AI-powered or data-rich experiences\n\nMastery of Figma and interactive prototyping tools\n\nTaste level that rejects awkward clicks, dead pixels, and inconsistent motion\n\nLove for in-person collaboration; ready to build in SF\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing agentic or autonomous AI interfaces\n\nProficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools\n\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for rapid prototyping\n\nExperience with motion design, haptics, or micro-interaction systems\n\nTrack record of designing consumer products used by millions\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nGreat agents need great design.
