As a Construction Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and advancing our enterprise technology landscape, including Procore and its key integrations. You will take ownership of system performance, partner closely with business leaders outside of IT, and leverage tools like APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to build solutions that keep our project teams running efficiently.\nIf you are an entrepreneurial self-starter eager to continuous improvement, drive automation, and help take ARCO’s technology to the next level, this is the role for you.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nLead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and it’s integrations with other applications\nProvide system monitoring and end-user support to ensure Operations systems are functioning effectively. Prioritize and resolve system issues. Identify and prioritize future enhancements requests\nMonitor, fix bugs and lead continuous improvement and feature request projects with application integrations\nAssist with the creation of training and documentation materials \nPartner with other Technology teams in the identification, development and delivery of solutions and products supporting Construction Operations and integration with other enterprise applications\nResearch systems advancements in construction, prepare proposals and drive subsequent development and implementations with the use of iPaaS, RaaS, APIs, Postman\nCoordinate and help gather business requirements to build power BI dashboards\nUse an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency, while ensuring a disciplined / structured approach\nNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree with a focus on business and computers\nSome AI experience and fluency is required\n2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support role\nExperience identifying and leading continuous improvement projects with cloud based applications and experience working with developers to deliver\nAbility to solve complex technical issues through root cause analysis\nCloud system’s implementation and support experience\nAbility to communicate effectively and build/foster relationships with other departments outside of IT (i.e. Safety, Legal, and Accounting) \nThe ability to anticipate needs at a high level and organize and plan accordingly\nExperience gathering business requirements and developing a plan for delivery\nBe a visionary to take ARCO to the next level by being a self starter and identify where we could improve, make processes more efficient through technology\nFamiliarity with Accounting practices for the construction industry is also a plus\nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
