You’ll work closely with Innovation, IT, and business leaders across a distributed, multi-office organization.\nA Day in the Life:\nDeliver 3-5 AI initiatives with measurable time and/or cost savings\n\nInherit and advance an existing agentic workflow project\n\nIdentify and execute additional high-impact AI projects, primarily focused on back-office efficiency\n\nBuild and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI opportunities based on ROI and feasibility\n\nEstablish lightweight intake, prioritization, and delivery processes in ServiceNow (in partnership with IT)\n\nPartner with L&D to drive AI literacy, adoption, and internal capability-building\n\nIdentify and support internal AI champions and create visible proof points\n\nOwn the AI roadmap and build business cases that address cost, risk, and return\n\nBuild strong relationships across business units and translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders\n\nNecessary Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree required in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field \n5-8 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, innovation, process improvement, operational efficiency, or a similar execution focused role\nProven ability to execute and deliver AI solutions\n\nHands-on experience with modern AI tools, automation, or data-driven systems\n\nStrong business judgment and ROI-driven prioritization skills\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences\n\nComfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments\n\nRelationship-oriented with a collaborative, pragmatic mindset\n\nWhat We Can Offer You: \nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
