This role works closely with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure accurate documentation, up-to-date field resources, and smooth coordination between the office, field teams, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in an active construction environment, and skilled with construction management software.\nA Day in the Life:\nProvide direct support in the field by working closely with Superintendents and onsite teams\nOn board new trades workers, assigning them project badging. \nManage on site canteen and associated vendors: food vendors, site lunches/catering vendors, clean up, vending machines, appliances, etc. \nManage other site logistics vendors\nManage select site deliveries \nPrint and manage on site signage \nCoordinate with city and county officials \nManage trailer supplies and inventory and maintain stock\nMaintain a comprehensive field binder including:\nExecuted Contracts\nChange Orders\nSubmittals and approvals\nOther critical project documentation\nManagement of local printing vendor \nEnsure drawing racks and field drawings are current, accurate, and properly distributed\nPrint and distribute all necessary project documents for field use.\nSchedule and coordinate field meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting information\nGenerate meeting minutes for select meetings \nWork with subcontractors to:\nTrack and update compliance documentation \nCollect and maintain current insurance certificates, safety documents, and other required paperwork\nAssist with document control and coordination through Procore\nSupport site communication between field and office teams\nPerform general field and administrative coordination duties as needed to support project success\nNecessary Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in construction coordination, field administration, or a similar role preferred\nStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment\nComfortable working both onsite and with office teams\nStrong communication and follow-up skills\nAbility to travel nationwide as-needed\nTechnical Skills (Preferred)\nProcore experience\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nViewpoint experience\nFamiliarity with construction drawings, specifications, and documentation processes\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nAt ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset - our team.
