This role will work closely with the Director of Fleet and teams across the organization to coordinate vehicle assignments, maintain accurate fleet records, support key fleet programs, and provide day-to-day assistance to associates. \nThe ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to fleet operations while developing experience across vehicle management, vendor coordination, and compliance.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nCoordinate vehicle onboarding for new associates, including fleet system setup, vehicle assignments, safety kits, and vehicle deliveries.\nMaintain accurate vehicle and associate assignment information within the fleet management system. \nAdminister fuel card and rental car program enrollment and assist associates with routine questions or issues. \nPartner with HR, Accounting, Payroll, office contacts, and onboarding teams to ensure fleet information is accurate and associates are properly set up. \nCoordinate vehicle maintenance, company decals, registration renewals, license plates, and recall notices. \nMaintain and reconcile records for fleet assets. \nCoordinate with dealerships, fleet vendors, rental providers, service centers, and other external partners as needed. \nAssist with fleet reporting, audits, invoice review, and data reconciliation. \nResearch and resolve routine fleet issues and escalate more complex matters to the Director of Fleet. \nSupport vehicle acquisition, replacement, and disposal activities, including maintaining required documentation. \nSupport special projects, process improvements, and other Fleet initiatives as needed. \nNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.\n1-3 years of experience in fleet, operations, administration, customer service, or a related field preferred. \nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through completion. \nStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to research and resolve issues. \nClear written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work effectively with associates across departments and with external vendors. \nStrong service mindset and a willingness to learn. \nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. \nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
