We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies.\nThe position is responsible for maintaining reliable connectivity, supporting end-user technology, coordinating with internal IT teams and external service providers, and quickly resolving issues that could impact business continuity. \nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nHardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices\nHardware support (Windows 10, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, A/V systems, and iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, copiers) including essential modifications and repairs\nApplication installation and support (Outlook, Office Suite, Exchange Active Sync for both iOS and Android, VPN, and other applications)\nBasic LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi support and troubleshooting\nOffice 365 support and administration\nNew computer/user set up in an active directory/Exchange environment.\nInterfacing between end-users and various other technology professionals\nAssist in researching and recommending new hardware and software\nSupport the delivery of an Enterprise-wide implementation of Procore\nPartner with other Technology teams in the identification, development, and delivery of solutions and products supporting Construction Operations and integration with other enterprise applications\nUse an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving with a sense of urgency while ensuring a disciplined/structured approach.\nNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years related experience preferred\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing\nPleasant, patient, and friendly attitude\nStrong decision making and analytical abilities\nDetail-oriented and organized\nExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work well within a team\nSelf-starter; flexible to take on new initiatives \nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
