The Multimedia Producer will help identify compelling stories, develop the creative approach, plan and execute production, edit polished final assets, and prepare content for distribution across channels. The role works as part of the Marketing team and balances recurring content needs with larger assigned projects.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nDevelop story concepts, creative briefs, interview questions, shot lists, and production plans for project features, client and associate stories, recruiting content, culture initiatives, and other marketing priorities\nOwn multimedia projects from concept through delivery, including planning, scheduling, filming, editing, stakeholder review, revisions, quality control, and final delivery\nProduce video and photography at project sites, offices, events, and other locations, including interviews, b-roll, progress footage, timelapses, aerial footage, headshots, and other visual content\nConduct and direct interviews with clients, associates, project leaders, executives, partners, and other stakeholders to capture authentic, compelling stories\nEdit and finish video and photo assets, including sound, color, graphics, motion elements, captions, music, and platform-specific versions\nPrepare and adapt content for websites, social media, recruiting, sales materials, proposals, presentations, internal communications, and other channels\nManage timelines, priorities, feedback, approvals, and status communication across multiple concurrent projects while collaborating with marketing managers, business leaders, project teams, clients, vendors, and associates\nMaintain organized multimedia files, footage, photography, templates, equipment records, and final assets; build a useful library of evergreen content\nContribute to media standards, templates, intake tools, and production workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and content output\nCoordinate with freelance resources and production vendors as needed, and follow appropriate equipment, travel, and active-site safety protocols\nNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS\nThree or more years of professional experience in multimedia production, video production, videography, photography, content production, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered\nPortfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, video production, interviewing, editing, photography, and polished final work\nExperience managing multimedia projects from creative concept through final delivery\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop; experience with After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva is a plus\nStrong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, composition, editing, color, motion, graphics, and digital delivery\nExperience with construction, industrial, commercial, office, or event environments is a plus; drone, timelapse, 360 video, or motion graphics experience is also a plus\nStrong storytelling, communication, organization, project management, and quality-control skills\nAbility to work independently, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, communicate proactively, and travel to project sites, offices, and events as needed\nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
