Our Industrial team builds nationally and boasts an impressive portfolio of completed projects. From day one, you will be given full project management responsibilities on a variety of design/build light- and mid-industrial projects.\nThe ideal candidate is someone looking to build, sell and interested in growing a team.\nA Day in the Life:\nLead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout \nWork closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget\nParticipate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees \nOversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors\nIdentify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule\nWork with Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan\nLead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues \nLead weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings on-site once construction begins to review progress and address challenges directly with client\nTrack and manage project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports \nMost importantly…find a way to make the construction process FUN for your clients, subcontractors, and vendors without sacrificing on QUALITY or SAFETY!!! \nNecessary Qualifications:\nBS in Engineering or related field\n2-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience \nPrevious experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects is preferred\nProficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
