Our Energy and Infrastructure team specializes in delivering complex, turnkey projects nationwide across markets including power, water and wastewater treatment, renewable energy, and other infrastructure-intensive sectors. Quality Managers at ARCO play a key role in supporting project teams from preconstruction through turnover, helping ensure work is executed right the first time, documentation is maintained, and quality expectations are upheld in the field and across project partners. Each Quality Manager has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on project performance, client satisfaction, and the long-term success of our work.\nA Day in the Life:\nDevelop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects\nProject types include Controlled Environments Agriculture, Waste-to-Value, Manufacturing, Power Generation and Storge, and Water and Wastewater Treatment\nConduct site inspections and verify compliance with specifications and codes\nCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on quality standards across multiple projects\nManage documentation of inspections, testing, and corrective actions\nLead quality-related meetings and provide updates to stakeholders\nEnsure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements\nIdentify and resolve quality issues proactively\nAssist in training project teams on QA/QC best practices\nAct as the bridge between design and construction teams; coordinate system design and installation with clients, subcontractors, and equipment vendors in a way that ensures the seamless turnover of a controlled environment project\nServe as the technical engineering resource for the project team\nEffectively convey information to onsite superintendents and subcontractors using employee’s knowledge of the project’s systems\nNecessary Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Structural Engineering preferred or 4 years of Technical education, or equivalent field experience in QAQC or Commissioning\n5-10 years of experience in QA/QC within Industrial or Water Treatment construction\nAbility to travel to project sites approximately 25% of the time\nStrong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and inspection processes\nPrior experience with Cast-in-Place Concrete system is required\nExperience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems required\nProficiency with construction/commissioning software such as Procore and CxAlloy a plus\nCertifications such as CQM, ASQ, CxA, or PMP a plus\nFamiliar with construction practices and principles\nHighly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on own\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individuals\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
