Because ARCO is committed to creating opportunities for individual success, from day one, you will be given the tools to excel in your role, take on meaningful responsibilities, and experience why ARCO is truly the best place to build a career.\nA Day in the Life:\nUnder the direction of the TA Director, lead our existing Mission Critical/Data Center Construction recruiting function, taking ownership of recruiting strategy, execution, and talent acquisition efforts as the business continues to expand\nLead full-cycle recruiting for data center construction roles, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Schedulers, QA/QC, Commissioning, and other office and field positions\nSource passive talent, conduct outreach, phone screen candidates, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process\nPartner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand project demands, anticipate workforce needs, and develop recruiting strategies that support current and future data center construction projects\nHelp build and develop a dedicated Data Center recruiting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as the function grows\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through\nDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates\nManage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles\nContribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals\nNecessary Qualifications:\n5-10+ years of recruiting experience within the commercial construction, engineering, or architecture industries, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in recruiting construction management and field personnel\nExperience recruiting for data center construction or other mission-critical construction projects is highly preferred\nExperience partnering with multiple hiring managers and senior business leaders\nStrong understanding of construction roles, project delivery teams, and the talent demands associated with large-scale construction projects\nExperience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system\nRemote candidates may be considered for the right fit if not located near an ARCO office\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nAt ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset - our team.
