As an ARCO/Murray Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to manage all of the administrative tasks associated with construction and field operations for your project from day one. Our goal will be to empower you in the field and give you, as well as the rest of your Project team, all the tools you'll need to bring your project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per the project specifications! \nA Day in the Life:\nLead all on-site field operations for BESS and power-related projects from preconstruction through turnover\n\nTake total ownership of safety, enforcing site-specific safety plans, OSHA requirements, and client/utility standards\n\nManage and maintain the overall construction schedule, coordinating electrical, civil, mechanical, and commissioning activities\n\nSupervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors, equipment vendors, and specialty contractors (HV, MV, LV)\n\nOversee installation of:\nBattery enclosures / containers\n\nInverters, transformers, and switchgear\n\nFoundations, grounding, and trenching\n\nMedium- and high-voltage duct banks and cable pulls\n\nCoordinate utility interconnections, inspections, testing, and commissioning support\n\nLead daily huddles, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety talks\n\nTrack manpower, productivity, and site logistics on multi-trade, fast-track projects\n\nReview drawings, submittals, and RFIs; proactively identify constructability or sequencing issues\n\nMaintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and QA/QC records\n\nPartner closely with ARCO/Murray Project Managers to drive schedule, cost, and quality outcomes\n\nNecessary Qualifications:\n7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial, industrial, or power infrastructure projects\n\nDirect experience with BESS, substations, renewable energy, power generation, or heavy electrical projects strongly preferred\n\nStrong understanding of:\nElectrical systems and sequencing\n\nHigh-voltage safety practices\n\nUtility coordination and inspections\n\nProven ability to lead traveling project assignments (regional or nationwide)\n\nStrong communication skills with owners, utilities, inspectors, and subcontractors\n\nComfortable operating in fast-track, design-build environments\n\nProficient with construction documentation and scheduling tools (Procore experience a plus)\n\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nWe are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work.
