This role is accountable for end-to-end execution, financial oversight, governance compliance, and measurable business outcomes. Partnering with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders, this position drives disciplined execution across large-scale programs with significant operational, financial, and regulatory impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads large, cross-functional enterprise and technology initiatives from initiation through post-implementation.\nEstablishes program structure, governance, and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.\nDevelops and manages project budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and resource plans.\nProactively manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.\nProvides executive-level reporting, decision support, and status transparency.\nDrives accountability across business, technology, operations, and external partners.\nEnsures deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.\nRemoves delivery impediments and resolve cross-functional conflicts.\nMentors project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO standards.\nPartners with third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and integration with enterprise objectives.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nNo travel required.\nQualification Requirements\nEducation/Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.\nDemonstrated leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.\nExperience operating in regulated and/or financial services environments preferred.\nProven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.\nPreferred Requirements\nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.\nStrong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies.\nDemonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and ROI modeling.\nExceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead in fast-paced,
