You will be responsible for developing content strategies, overseeing content creation, identifying trends and opportunities, managing client requests, and leading the Social Media Executive to ensure all deliverables are executed effectively and on time.\n\nThe ideal candidate is someone who is highly familiar with social media culture and trends, understands what makes content perform, and is proactive in turning trends and opportunities into relevant content for brands.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nClient Social Media Management\n\nManage the day-to-day social media accounts of multiple clients across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads.\n\nDevelop and execute social media strategies and monthly content plans based on client objectives.\n\nPlan and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.\n\nCreate, review, and oversee social media content including captions, static posts, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and other relevant formats.\n\nEnsure all content is aligned with each client's brand identity, tone of voice, guidelines, and campaign objectives.\n\nMonitor client social media accounts and identify opportunities to improve content performance, engagement, and audience growth.\n\nTrends & Content\n\nStay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content, memes, platform features, and online conversations.\n\nProactively identify trends and recommend relevant opportunities for clients to participate in.\n\nSuggest and pitch creative content ideas, trendjacking opportunities, and social-first concepts to clients.\n\nAdapt trending formats and conversations into content that is relevant to each client's brand and audience.\n\nContinuously experiment with different content formats and approaches to improve organic performance.\n\nTeam Management\n\nLead and manage the Social Media Executive in the planning and execution of social media content.\n\nAssign tasks and manage timelines to ensure social media deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.\n\nReview and provide feedback on content before submission to clients or publication.\n\nGuide the Social Media Executive in content creation, trend identification, and social media best practices.\n\nMaintain a consistent standard of quality across all social media output.\n\nClient Management & Coordination\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for social media-related client requests and requirements.\n\nRespond promptly to client messages, feedback, revisions, and ad hoc social media requests.\n\nProactively communicate relevant trends, content opportunities, recommendations, and potential social media issues to clients.\n\nWork closely with Account Management, Creative, PR, and other internal teams to support client campaigns.\n\nManage multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.\n\nInternal Social Media\n\nManage and grow the company's internal social media channels.\n\nDevelop and execute content strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.\n\nEnsure internal social media activities consistently work towards established follower growth and engagement KPIs.\n\nIdentify and test new content formats and trends to drive organic growth.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nPerformance will be measured based on:\n\nAchievement of agreed client social media KPIs and campaign objectives.\n\nConsistent and timely execution of client content calendars and posting schedules.\n\nGrowth in client reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.\n\nNumber and quality of proactive content and trend opportunities identified and executed.\n\nAchievement of internal social media follower growth and engagement targets.\n\nQuality, creativity, and consistency of content across all managed accounts.\n\nTimely response and turnaround to client requests and social media deliverables.\n\nEffective management and development of the Social Media Executive.\n\nClient satisfaction and quality of social media recommendations provided.\n\nRequirements\n\n2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.\n\nPrevious experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients is preferred.\n\nAgency experience is an advantage.\n\nStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other major social media platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of current social media trends, viral content, memes, and online culture.\n\nStrong copywriting and communication skills.\n\nGood understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement.\n\nComfortable creating and reviewing social media content, particularly short-form video content.\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.\n\nProactive and able to independently identify opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.\n\nComfortable communicating with clients and presenting content ideas and recommendations.\n\nFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with social media analytics and reporting is an advantage.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nWe are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, highly aware of social media trends, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.\n\nYou should be someone who naturally keeps up with what's happening across social media and can recognise when a trend, meme, conversation, or format could be turned into an opportunity for a brand.\n\nAs this is a management role, you should also be comfortable leading a
