Senior Sales Executive

We are helping employers in Bangladesh hire faster through technology-enabled recruitment solutions. We are growing our institutional sales team and we need a Senior Sales Executive who wins new employer accounts in Dhaka and grows them over time. We are hiring now.

Tasks

• Win new employer accounts across companies, HR teams, and institutions through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Own the full sales cycle: first contact, needs discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and client onboarding.
• Visit prospects and existing clients regularly, then match our job posting, candidate sourcing, and hiring support services to their hiring needs.
• Build lasting relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and keep visits, follow-ups, and pipeline status current in our CRM every day.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional B2B or institutional sales experience.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Comfort with frequent field visits across Dhaka.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, including with senior decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred: experience selling software, SaaS, HR-tech, job portals, or other digital platforms.
