Applications with solely web, digital marketing or CRM experience will not be considered.\nYour profile\nResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Delivery\nDeliver the mobile product strategy, as defined by the Senior Product Manager.\nManage the app through all stages of the lifecycle: discovery through to optimisation and iteration.\nOwn the continuous improvement of the app, including accessibility, onboarding and bootflow.\nManage the app’s technical health and stability across a range of devices.\nCreate, maintain, and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with organisation goals and user needs.\nDefine user stories with acceptance criteria and guide development teams through delivery.\nMobile Experience & Insight\nAct as a UX lead mapping and optimising mobile user journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, inclusive, and insight-led.\nWorking with the Insight and Analytics team generate user insights through research, usability testing, and data analysis, and translate findings into actionable improvements.\nChampion user-centred design and accessibility best practices.\nCollaborate with mobile researchers, UI/UX designers, app developers, and agencies to ensure excellent delivery.\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication\nEngage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, align priorities, and report progress.\nAct as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPromote a data-driven, test-and-learn culture across teams.\nEnsure that the CALMzone app is strategically aligned.\nContinuous Improvement\nMonitor and analyse app performance using data, analytics, and feedback loops.\nDrive a culture of continuous optimisation and regular update cadence.\nKeep up-to-date with product management best practices, trends, OS and app store trends, bringing innovations into the CALMzone app.\nYour profile\nCompetencies\nMobile app lifecycle management\nProduct strategy\nAgile execution and delivery\nData-driven decision making\nStakeholder management\nCross-functional collaboration - working with both technical and non-technical teams\nExperience\nHands-on Mobile app experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager launching and/or running a mobile app. Junior or associate Product Managers will be considered.\nExperience managing an app through the full product lifecycle, including familiarity with App Store and Google Play releases processes.\nStrong UX background with experience leading user journey mapping, defining user stories, and ensuring inclusive, accessible design.\nExcellent ability to work across teams and with external partners (designers, developers, agencies).\nStrong analytical skills, using data and research to inform decisions.\nConfident communicator and stakeholder manager, able to champion product thinking across CALM.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience managing web platforms, CMS development, or digital products alongside mobile apps.\nExperience with livechat products such as WhatsApp, or AWS webchat.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and integration with mobile app data.\nExperience working in an environment where time-management, prioritisation and adaptability are key.\nAwareness of the not-for-profit or charity sector, or experience working with diverse user groups.\nWhy us?\nReports to: Senior Product Manager\nContract: Full-time, permanent\n Benefits: Unlimited annual leave, Healthcare cash plan, 6% pension contribution, therapeutic services (after completion of probation), hybrid working & nine day fortnight\n Based: London Waterloo twice a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) / Remote Working (Mon, Tues & Fri), 9.30am - 5.30pm.\nSalary: £38,000 - £45,000.
