Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Project Management Senior Analyst to evaluate, measure, and improve business processes across the organization. The role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing business data, and developing sustainable, repeatable process improvements that drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support the implementation of process enhancements and business transformation initiatives. This individual will solve a range of business process challenges using established methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while working independently with guidance from senior team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and recommend practical process improvement solutions.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data and metrics.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business partners.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project actions, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Assist with implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Support change management and adoption activities.
• Research industry best practices and benchmarking opportunities.
• Resolve non-routine operational issues and escalations.
• Maintain process documentation and governance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to business transformation and process reengineering efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with business transformation or change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience supporting implementation of new processes or technologies.

Experience

• 3-5 years in operations, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, PMO, change management, stakeholder management, communications, or a related field

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Management, Communications, or related field.
• MBA in Finance (Preferable)

Work Hours:

2:30PM IST to 11:30 PM IST
