The ideal candidate will deliver end-to-end application solutions spanning frontend UI development, UI/UX design, backend Java Spring Boot REST APIs, cloud-native AWS services, and CI/CD automation. This role requires hands-on expertise in ReactJS, AWS cloud development, PostgreSQL, and AI-assisted development tools to enable rapid, high-quality delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leadership to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable application solutions.\nDesign and develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, following best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.\nApply strong UI/UX design principles to deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces and consistent design systems.\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and SpringBoot.\nBuild cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging managed services and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to: o Accelerate feature development and prototyping o Improve code quality, refactoring, and documentation o Assist with debugging and test generation\nIntegrate applications with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and transactional consistency.\nImplement secure authentication and authorization for web applications and APIs.\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.\nDeploy and manage applications using containerization and cloud-based infrastructure as required.\nMonitor application health, performance, and logs; proactively identify and resolve issues.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies-planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.\nConduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across frontend, backend, and cloud components.\nContinuously evaluate and adopt modern frameworks, cloud services, and AI-driven engineering practices to improve delivery speed and quality. Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work\nExperience:\n·\nMinimum of 8-11 years of experience in Workforce Management.\nSkills:\n8-11 years of Software Development experience, frontend and backend\nStrong frontend development expertise with ReactJS o Modern JavaScript / TypeScript o Component-based architecture o State management and performance optimization o HTML5, CSS3, responsive design\nStrong AWS cloud development experience o EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora (PostgreSQL) o Lambda, ECS/EKS o IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: o Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar\nExperience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud-native deployment patterns\nStrong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, including: o REST API design and implementation o Microservices-based architectures\nStrong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.\nMandatory hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent for rapid development and code quality improvement\nHealth Insurance experience is a plus\nLocation & Hours of Work\nFull-time position, working 40 hours per week.
