Machine Operator/Machinist - 1st Shift

We’re looking for an entry-level, hands-on Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you’ll machine and fabricate precision components used in firearms. You should have some experience with mills, lathes, and grinders-and a sharp eye for detail.

What You’ll Do:

 Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders

 Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy

 Assist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack use

What You Bring:

 Machining or machine operating experience is a plus

 Familiarity with mechanical systems-bearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensors

 Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift

 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

 Comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

 Basic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferred
