You will be joining a stylish Shoreditch based SaaS Business that plays a key role within the world of Advertising.

My clients Online Business Development Tool gives Media Owners, Agencies and MarTech firms the Intelligence and insight they need to target the UK’s biggest Advertising Spenders.

They do this by researching the decision makers at the top 6,000 advertisers in the UK, along with their 17,000 associated brands, who collectively spend over £11 billion a year on advertising making it the perfect tool for Sales and Marketing to target their next big win.

You will be a vital part of the Commercial Team where your key duties will consist of:

·Onboarding new Clients

·Arranging regular Client visits.

·Coaching new Clients and users on the product

·Keeping clients up to date with new features and products

·Sending reports to Clients to showcase ROI through usage and wins

·Working closely with the Account Manager’s to perfect the renewal process

The ideal Candidate will have:

·1+ years’ experience, ideally within a Customer Success, Account Executive or Account Manager experience

·A passion for offering 1stclass service

·Exposure to the Media/Advertising isn’t essential but would be advantageous
