We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who brings strong full-stack experience, sharp design instincts, and a passion for building systems that are clean, testable, and production-ready. In this role, you’ll help shape our platform end-to-end-working across backend services, modern front-end interfaces, and the automation pipelines that power delivery.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to turn ideas into dependable software, while helping raise the bar for quality, performance, and security across our stack.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and evolve full-stack features using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend.\nWrite clean, efficient, well-tested code that reflects strong engineering standards.\nDesign and maintain CI/CD workflows to support fast, reliable releases.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\nReview code, champion best practices, and help define engineering standards.\nImplement monitoring and performance tooling to ensure smooth user experiences.\nIntegrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into cohesive systems.\nInvestigate and resolve issues quickly to keep applications running at peak performance.\nStay current with new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns.\nSupport and mentor other engineers while fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.\nRequired:\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack development.\nStrong backend development skills with Python and Django.\nSolid experience building modern front-end applications, especially with React and ES6+.\nDeep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.\nComfort with version control systems such as Git.\nExperience with automated testing and TDD practices (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Testing Library, or similar).\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD concepts and implementation.\nExperience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with relational and NoSQL databases.\nStrong grasp of web security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, etc.).\nFamiliarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.\nHealthcare domain experience is a bonus, not a
