If you want to play a part in shaping an innovative industry and help build a historically significant company, we want to meet you.\nThe Brand Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cronos IL brands assigned to them, bringing the brand strategy to life in the Israeli market through new product launches, marketing campaigns and in-market activations. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate contributes to the annual brand plans and owns their execution end-to-end - from concept, packaging and pricing inputs through to launch, point-of-sale materials and post-launch tracking.\nThe Brand Manager partners with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, Regulatory and external agencies to deliver plans on time and on budget, and uses consumer, market and sell-out data to track brand performance, generate insights and identify opportunities for growth.\nThis position is based out of Kibbutz Gan Shmuel (near Hadera).\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nOwn the commercialization process for new product launch projects from inception through launch, coordinating new vendors, equipment, and packaging\n\nOwn the development of integrated new product launch campaigns with a focus on building awareness\n\nDevelop POS and online resources for product launches with a focused attention to detail\n\nPartner with sales to develop customer sell-in presentations and new marketing materials for launches\n\nCollaborate with sales and retail partners to effectively execute commercial plans and to develop programing for key customers\n\nSupport the development of activation initiatives and promotions and coordinate their execution\n\nAssist with trade/consumer publications\n\nCollaborate with cross functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, Operations, Design, etc.) to ensure strong business plans and execution\n\nAssist with building new vendor relationships\n\nCreate launch plan revenue projections, on-going forecasting, and consumption reports based on POS data\n\nTrack and report on A&P budgets\n\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or related subject matter, advanced degree is a plus\n\n3+ years’ relevant brand/marketing experience;
