This role works across functions to keep operations running smoothly and respond quickly to change. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable making fast decisions in a dynamic environment.\nThis position is located in Gan Shmuel.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPlanning\nBuild and maintain production, supply, and inventory plans based on demand and business priorities.\n\nAdjust plans quickly in response to capacity, supply, or operational changes.\n\nBalance demand and supply to reduce shortages, delays, and excess stock.\n\nSupport forecast accuracy and planning performance.\n\nCoordination & Execution\nResolve supply, production, and delivery issues to maintain continuity.\n\nCoordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, and R&D.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, prioritize critical needs, and drive practical solutions.\n\nAnalytics & Improvement\nTrack KPIs, analyze trends, and flag risks or improvement opportunities.\n\nPrepare reports and dashboards that support operational decisions.\n\nMaintain accurate planning and inventory data in ERP and reporting systems.\n\nUtilize data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar) to support operational insights and decision-making.\n\nProvide planning scenarios and recommendations to support business decisions.\n\nParticipate in S&OP processes and support cross-functional supply-demand alignment.\n\nDrive process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.\n\nYou’ll need to have:\nExperience & Tools\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations planning.\n\nStrong Excel and ERP skills.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a
