WE FUEL UPTIME.\nPosition Summary\nThe Accounting Analyst turns the group's financial data into forecasts, reporting, and insight. This role owns cash-flow forecasting and treasury/management reporting across a multi-entity, multi-ERP environment, and drives the automation and data quality that a fast, modern close depends on. It suits a strong analytical thinker who is fluent with data and comfortable partnering across finance and operations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:\nCash-flow forecasting & treasury reporting\nOwn the weekly 13-week cash-flow forecast for M&D and Memo; build and maintain the underlying data pulls - including resolving the Memo extract that currently pulls differently than the Wells Fargo data - and reconcile the forecast to actuals.\nOwn the outstanding-check clearing analysis; validate the timing model against actual activity and integrate it into the cash forecast once proven.\nIntegrate approved capital projects into the cash forecast using the capex tracker maintained by the Accounting Manager and fixed-asset accounting.\n\nManagement reporting, analysis & automation\nBuild management and operating-expense flux reporting, KPI dashboards, and support for lender and private-equity sponsor reporting.\nDrive automation and data quality across Epicor Prelude, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and BlackLine.\nProvide ad hoc analysis and decision support to the Accounting Manager, Controllers, and CFO.\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor.\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics, or a related field.\n2-5 years in an analyst, FP&A, or accounting role.\nAdvanced Excel; strong data and modeling skills; cash-forecasting experience.\nStrong analytical and communication skills; high attention to detail; comfort working across multiple systems and entities.\nSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nData tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx.\nExperience in a multi-entity and/or PE-backed environment.\nAutomotive/diesel/distribution industry experience.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
