WE FUEL UPTIME.\nPosition Summary\nTheInside Sales Representative assists customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service.\nInteract with walk-in customers at the front counter\nAssist customers in selecting required parts and recommend associated products and services\nReceive and process orders via the counter, phone, and email\nInforms customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer\nAnswers questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or direct them to the person that can assist them\nAssists with any customer service issues that may arise\nResponsible for both Incoming/Outbound Sales Calls\nAchieves assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management to grow parts business\nDevelops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media\nMaximizes current customer potential by using all available resources, including but not limited to CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis to determine growth opportunities, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, developing and leveraging relationships, maintaining current knowledge of new product and market developments\nDocuments all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas\nPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor\nRequirements\nInside Sales Experience Preferred.\nDiesel engine parts experience required.\nHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).\nBilingual a plus - Spanish and English.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with Salesforce a plus.\nSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.\nFosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
