WE FUEL UPTIME.\nPosition Summary\nThe Warehouse Associatewill fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nMaintains an accurate running inventory.\nRestocks supplies and inventory.\nAccepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.\nRecords, reports, and returns defective items.\nPackage orders and prepares for shipment according to policy.\nMaintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.\nHandles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.\nInventory control including:\nInspecting order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries.\nPerform quality checks on inventory.\nConduct cycle counts.\nReport discrepancies to leadership.\nFollow all Loss Prevention company policies. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nProficient with inventory control systems.\nThorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nPrior forklift certification preferred.\nSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.\nFosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
