WE FUEL UPTIME.\nPosition Summary\nThe Warehouse Manager leads and oversees all functions of the warehouse as it relates to distribution, order picking and processing, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, shipping and receiving, and the overall culture of the department.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nAttract, hire, develop, and retainwarehouse employees to work efficiently and proficiently to meet internal and external customer needs\nConducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing meaningful feedback as it relates to performance improvement, promotional opportunities, and salary adjustments as appropriate\nExecute strategic KPI’s to align with company growth strategy; provide continuous feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to increase successful outcomes\nExecute strategic plan to reach company goals through KPI management, cross-functional collaboration, cross-departmental collaboration, and partnerships with all company locations\nConduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated and understood\nEnsuring the safety of all employees\nEnsuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment\nAssist with the design and implementation of warehouse operations for all company locations, as requested\nTravel to and assists with the acquisitions of new locations, as needed\nPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)\nFive years of successful warehouse management experience\nFive years of experience within the commercial vehicle industry, marine industry, oil and gas industry, construction industry, and agricultural industry \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred\nExpert in all phases of warehousing\nExpert knowledge of inventory and inventory controls\nOutstanding written and oral communication skills\nExpert organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills\nExpert with Prelude\nAbility to work extended hours, as needed\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record\nSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening\nFosters good citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
