This is a product and engineering-focused leadership role responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven cybersecurity solutions using advanced AI, machine learning and Large Language Model technologies.\n\nThe role will work closely with senior technology and US-based leadership to identify cybersecurity opportunities, architect scalable AI solutions and deliver practical, business-focused outcomes. While cybersecurity experience is highly preferred, candidates with strong AI, Data Science and Solution Architecture expertise will also be considered.\n\nKey Skills:\n\n- AI/ML, Python, Solution Architecture, AI Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI Solution Architect/AI Architect who has hands-on GenAI/LLM and Data Science expertise and has worked on Cybersecurity solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Designing and architecting AI-driven cybersecurity solutions using AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs and emerging AI technologies.\n\n- Translating cybersecurity and business challenges into scalable, secure and practical AI solutions.\n\n- Leading the architecture, engineering and delivery of AI solutions from concept and POC through production deployment.\n\n- Evaluating and applying LLMs, Small Language Models (SLMs), AI agents and other AI technologies to cybersecurity use cases.\n\n- Working closely with senior US-based technology leadership and cybersecurity stakeholders to define solution strategies and technical roadmaps.\n\n- Driving innovation across AI engineering, cybersecurity architecture and intelligent security solutions.\n\n- Developing solution architectures that address scalability, security, performance, reliability and operational requirements.\n\n- Collaborating with data scientists, AI engineers, cybersecurity specialists, software engineers and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.\n\n- Evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations, decision-making and automation.\n\n- Driving measurable business value through practical AI implementations rather than theoretical or research-only solutions.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 15-20 years of overall technology experience with strong expertise in AI, Data Science, AI Engineering and Solution Architecture.\n\n- Strong foundation in Data Science, Statistics and Python.\n\n- Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs/SLMs and AI-driven solutions.\n\n- Proven experience in AI Solution Architecture/AI Architecture within product or engineering environments.\n\n- Strong understanding of end-to-end AI solution development, architecture and production deployment.\n\n- Cybersecurity experience is highly preferred, particularly experience combining AI and cybersecurity.\n\n- Candidates without cybersecurity experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional AI/Data Science and Solution Architecture expertise and the ability to rapidly transition into cybersecurity.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior global/US leadership.\n\n- Ability to operate as a hands-on technical architect rather than a traditional people manager.\n\n- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering, AI and technology
