You will design, build, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics solutions that support strategic business and financial decision-making.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders and BI leadership, you will translate reporting and analytics needs into effective solutions, lead assigned BI initiatives, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and help ensure that BI outputs are accurate, reliable, consistent, and easy to use.\nAlthough this position carries an Associate Manager title, it does not have direct reports. You will lead through expertise, ownership, collaboration, and influence across cross-functional teams.\nWork Arrangement\nThis is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, Florida, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.\nWhat You'll Do\nBusiness Intelligence & Analytics\nLead assigned BI work across a rotating portfolio of analytics and reporting initiatives.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI, SQL, and other enterprise BI tools.\nMaintain and automate recurring weekly and monthly reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.\nPerform ad hoc financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.\nEnsure BI deliverables meet expectations for data accuracy, consistency, performance, and usability.\nEnhance existing dashboards, reports, and analytics assets through stakeholder feedback and continuous improvement.\nWork with large datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, and generate actionable insights.\nStakeholder Partnership & Data Storytelling\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and decision-support needs.\nLead requirements discussions and contribute to solution design for assigned BI initiatives.\nTranslate business requirements into practical dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics solutions.\nCommunicate findings through clear and compelling data visualizations, presentations, and data-driven narratives for business users and leadership.\nUse strong business judgment and analytical thinking to help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions.\nData Quality, Reporting Standards & Automation\nApply established BI standards, KPI definitions, and reporting conventions consistently across deliverables.\nValidate data, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when appropriate.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, automate, or improve existing dashboards and reports.\nContribute to BI documentation, definitions, and reference materials to support consistency and knowledge sharing.\nSupport ongoing improvements to BI delivery processes and analytics capabilities.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate closely with BI leadership to align assigned work with organizational priorities and expectations.\nPartner cross-functionally to increase the effective use of data in business decision-making.\nContribute ideas and practical improvements that strengthen BI processes, reporting, and analytics capabilities.\nSupport the integration of AI-driven capabilities into day-to-day business processes where appropriate.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role, with experience delivering insights and recommendations that support business needs.\n1+ years of experience using SQL and other programming languages to analyze, explore, and work with large datasets for reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis.\nHands-on experience creating, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar enterprise data visualization tools.\nExperience with data warehousing solutions and integrating AI-driven capabilities into day-to-day business processes.\nDemonstrated ability to create clear, engaging data visualizations and presentations that communicate insights effectively.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, particularly when working with complex information or multiple data sources.\nSound judgment and the ability to investigate issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and work effectively across functions.\nDemonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nSelf-motivated and collaborative, with strong initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThe Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
