You will support a portfolio of initiatives by tracking progress, managing dependencies, identifying risks, driving follow-through, and helping teams stay accountable for results.\nWe are looking for someone with a strong bias for action, a high level of ownership, and a desire to learn and grow. Success in this role requires the ability to independently move work forward, proactively solve problems, communicate clearly, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and operate with urgency and accountability.\nWork Arrangement\nThis is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, Florida, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram Direction & Execution\nDefine program goals, success measures, and approaches for tracking progress.\n\nEstablish effective planning, prioritization, and operating cadences, including regular program reviews and team syncs.\n\nPrepare materials and drive alignment around leadership decisions.\n\nMaintain and adjust program roadmaps, priorities, and sequencing as business needs evolve.\n\nEnsure initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and operational readiness.\n\nProgram Delivery & Coordination\nDrive execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams to keep progress on track.\n\nIdentify dependencies, risks, gaps, and potential barriers across teams.\n\nOwn follow-ups, help remove blockers, and reinforce accountability for commitments.\n\nMaintain clear visibility into timelines, deliverables, milestones, and overall program health.\n\nIdentify recurring execution issues and help improve delivery consistency.\n\nPerformance & Value Tracking\nTrack KPIs, outcomes, and progress through clear, actionable reporting.\n\nHelp ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.\n\nSupport financial tracking, business case alignment, and visibility into expected benefits.\n\nAnalyze program information and provide insights that support leadership decision-making.\n\nStakeholder Alignment & Communication\nPartner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.\n\nFacilitate communication, document decisions, and ensure appropriate follow-through.\n\nProactively and clearly escalate risks, conflicts, dependencies, and trade-offs.\n\nSupport adoption by helping ensure initiatives are understood and effectively implemented.\n\nRisk Management & Problem Solving\nAnticipate risks and potential execution challenges and take steps to mitigate them.\n\nManage cross-team dependencies to help prevent execution gaps.\n\nBring structure, clarity, and actionable next steps to ambiguous situations.\n\nConfidently and respectfully challenge assumptions when appropriate.\n\nOperationalization & Continuous Improvement\nHelp transition initiatives into sustainable, steady-state operations.\n\nSupport clear ownership, processes, and sustainment plans.\n\nTrack adoption and long-term effectiveness.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve execution, visibility, and efficiency.\n\nCapture lessons learned and apply them to strengthen future program delivery.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n1-4 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, project coordination, operations, consulting, business transformation, or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through.\n\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work forward and deliver results.\n\nComfortable operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.\n\nAbility to influence outcomes through clear communication and structured problem-solving.\n\nExposure to cross-functional work involving business and technical teams.\n\nWorking knowledge of project and program management concepts, including timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and progress tracking.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with using AI and digital tools to improve problem-solving and productivity.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou bring structure to ambiguity, keep important transformation initiatives moving forward, and make it easier for teams and leaders to understand progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
