We encourage you to apply and take the first step in joining our dynamic and impactful company.\nYour Mission, Should You Choose to Accept\nAs a DevOps Engineer, you will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that take source code from the software development team and create artifacts and products that the customers can use. You will work on deploying our applications, streamlining our development lifecycle to automate tasks and provide our customers with continuous delivery of our software.\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop and maintain high-performance, reliable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. \nSupport the deployment of web applications into production environments. \nUtilize cloud services (AWS preferred) to deploy pipelines that integrate with code repositories, artifact storage solutions, and production environments. \nBuild robust processes to trigger CI/CD workflows automatically upon branch updates in version control systems (e.g., GitLab). \nTroubleshoot and resolve build issues to ensure high reliability of the pipeline. \nIntegrate and test security frameworks and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and compliance. \nContinuously improve CI/CD processes through research, design, and implementation of new tools, methods, and infrastructure. \nIdentify, track and report metrics that measure the reliability and performance of CI/CD pipelines. \nPromote, manage, and support an Agile organization and structure to manage and complete project milestones and deliverables. \nLead efforts to establish best practices for DevOps and developer productivity within the engineering organization. \nRequirements\nCapabilities that will enable your success\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. \n3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, focused on containerized web application development. \n2+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, preferably with experience in Kubernetes Administration. \nProven experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines. \nDemonstrated experience using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Travis, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI. \nExperience deploying pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud. \nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and automated processes triggered by code changes. \nProficiency with shell scripting tools such as PowerShell and Bash. \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \nExperience deploying and maintaining containerized software using Docker (e.g., Alpine, Windows images). \nFamiliarity with TypeScript, React, JavaScript development, and web application deployments. \nExperience with semantic release and blue/green deployments. \nExperience with Helm Package and Container Registries. \nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated proficiency in architecting automated pipelines that improve the software development process. \nExperience with container orchestration tools and Kubernetes Administration (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm). \nExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). \nExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana). \nExperience with event sourcing within a cloud environment (e.g., Eventbridge, Lambdas, Azure Functions) \nExperience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA). \nCertifications in DevOps and cloud platform technologies. \nClearance Requirements\nApplicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level.
