The Software Engineer III is a mid-to-senior level position that requires demonstrated professional experience and technical acumen in full stack software development. This position will work with stakeholders to understand customer desires and work autonomously to build complex features and applications.\nWhat will you do?\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, Typescript, and C#. \nWork on complex software features and projects with minimal supervision. \nMake technical decisions and provide architectural input. \nImplement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. \nWork with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. \nDesign and implement databases and database transaction layers. \nCollaborate with UI/UX and product teams to understand customer desires and determine feasibility. \nDocument development progress through tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence. \nLead code reviews and ensures high coding standards. \nGuide junior engineers on best practices and implementation patterns. \nStay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development. \nAbility to travel up to 20%.\nRequirements\nCapabilities that will enable your success\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems. \n5+ years of experience in software development with full-stack expertise. \nProficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and .NET (C#). \nStrong experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. \nExperience in building cross-platform applications (web, desktop, mobile, tablet). \nSolid understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization. \nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). \nExperience in communication protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and message queues (such as Kafka). \nStrong grasp of version control systems (such as Git). \nDeep understanding of software architecture, system design, and data modeling.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMasters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.\nClearance Requirements\nApplicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level.
