Quality Assurance Executive - Product Integrity - 12 Month FCT

THE ROLE.

At Gymshark, we're committed to creating products that perform, fit flawlessly and exceed expectations. As a  Product Integrity Quality Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every product is ready for launch by driving quality excellence throughout the product development journey.

Working within either our Men's, Women's or Seamless category, you'll partner with Product Development, Materials, Regional Quality teams and global suppliers to ensure products are safe, compliant and manufactured to the highest standards. From identifying potential risks during development to validating bulk fabrics and approving pre-production samples, you'll help make sure every detail is right before production begins.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

Drive Product Quality from Development to Production

• Support the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering industry-leading product quality across your category.
• Review new product developments to identify and mitigate quality, fit, performance and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with development teams and suppliers to ensure technical requirements are fully understood and accurately executed.
• Assess wearer trial feedback and product performance data to support informed decision-making.

Lead Quality Validation Activities

• Manage bulk fabric and raw material validation processes.
• Evaluate garment and material testing results to ensure products meet Gymshark standards.
• Review technical documentation and specifications to ensure production readiness.
• Identify critical manufacturing processes requiring enhanced quality control measures.

Own Pre-Production Quality Sign-Off

• Oversee the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) approval process, ensuring products meet requirements for fit, measurements, materials, trims and construction.
• Support and facilitate Pre-Production Meetings (PPMs), ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and actions are clearly assigned.
• Communicate category-specific quality controls to suppliers and regional quality teams.
• Ensure all outstanding issues are resolved before production commences.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Investigate product quality issues and claims, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to embed learnings into future product development.
• Maintain accurate records, approvals and reporting metrics to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within quality assurance, product integrity or quality management in the apparel, sportswear or textile industry.
• Strong understanding of textile materials, garment construction and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of fabric, garment and performance testing standards.
• Experience reviewing laboratory test reports and validating product performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and supplier partners.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital product or quality management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of THREE days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver world-class products for our community.
