Just smart people making great work together.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a Web & Ecom focused Senior Project Manager to support client engagements focused on ongoing website performance optimisation and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate would have experience with managing and optimising medium to large scale e-commerce websites in a client-facing setting. This role will work closely with a team of engineers, UX/UI designers, SEO analysts, copywriters, and data analysts to manage client requests and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates across site features and marketing programs. If you’re someone who thrives in a creative and tech-driven environment, loves getting into the details, and knows how to keep everyone and everything on track, this could be the role for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage custom and Shopify-powered web and e-commerce projects from kickoff to launch and strategic growth over time\nOwn project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and day-to-day communications\nServe as the main point of contact between clients, developers, creatives, and strategists\nTranslate business goals and client feedback into actionable tasks and timelines\nCollaborate with developers to scope technical features and functionality\nHelp review and test work before it goes out the door-no pixel or product tile out of place\nCommunicate clearly, proactively, and with a sense of calm urgency, even when things change (because they will)\nWhat You Bring\n5-7 years of experience in web project management, preferably at a digital or creative agency\nHands-on experience managing Shopify projects (Shopify Plus is a big plus)\nFamiliarity with e-commerce flows, UX best practices, and web development processes\nStrong communication and collaboration skills-you know when to escalate and when to dig in\nComfort working in various project management tools\nA proactive, solution-oriented mindset-you anticipate blockers and solve them before they become problems\nA healthy respect for creative, strategic, and technical thinking-you know how to speak everyone's language\nNice to Have\nExperience with headless Shopify or third-party Shopify integrations\nFamiliarity with platforms like Figma, Klaviyo, Gsuite, ticketing systems, and Project management tools\nAgency experience with multiple stakeholders or multi-brand portfolios\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nA culture of creativity, collaboration, and zero ego\nProjects that push boundaries, not just pixels\nWork that blends brand, content, and commerce\nSmart, supportive teammates who have your back\nReal opportunities for growth\nDetails\nHybrid schedule -
