The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and a solid understanding of US staffing processes, work authorizations, and employment types.\nThe recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, qualifying, and submitting top IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across various technologies and industries.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.\nSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nReview resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.\nConduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical background, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and interest.\nDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.\nWork closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.\nSubmit qualified candidates to clients while ensuring resumes accurately represent the candidate's experience.\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the interview process.\nNegotiate compensation, start dates, and other employment terms with candidates when required.\nManage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.\nMaintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS/CRM.\nEnsure compliance with client-specific submission guidelines and US employment requirements.\nStay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, salary ranges, and talent availability.\nMeet or exceed recruitment targets, submission goals, interview ratios, and successful placement metrics.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n1 – 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.\nStrong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.\nStrong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing.\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job boards.\nGood understanding of valid US work authorization categories.\nUnderstanding of W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire, Full-Time hiring models.\nExcellent candidate screening and communication skills.\nStrong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\nStrong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with US staffing companies, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS environments.\nExperience recruiting for State/Federal Government and enterprise clients.\nExperience handling high-volume requirements and multiple open positions simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment reporting.\nMaster's degree in HR / MSW / MBA in HR
