We bring Public and Private, Civilian and Military expertise to every case.\nWe are hiring a Principal Systems Engineer (TechSIGINT) to work in Aurora, CO. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.\nRequired: TS/SCI with a Polygraph\nDescription:\nAs a Senior TechSIGINT Systems Engineer on our team you will provide enterprise-focused engineering support to the Weapons and Space Modernization Systems Engineering team. You will support the implementation and execution of requirements that have been gathered and developed from different stakeholders to support the integration of capabilities and review processes such as policy compliance and governance. You will determine, document and track operational and technical interfaces and dependencies; develop and advise on Analysis of Alternatives; and aid in assessing the impacts of systems integration risk assessments and operational requirements. You will also apply systems engineering principles to TechSIGINT development and operational efforts including ELINT Modernization, Foreign Instrumentation Signals Modernization and other similar programs. This role entails supporting a DoD customer and communicating with other program personnel, customers, and senior executives.\nIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.\nExtensive experience with systems engineering processes that support planning, scheduling and managing several simultaneous efforts in a wide range of technologies, but with special emphasis on TSMOD, ELINT and FISINT.\nExperience with NRO processes.\nPosition requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nIndividual Capabilities/Experience Desired:\nWell-grounded in system engineering and architecture.\nExperience in collaborating with peer organizations to overcome barriers to success and create shared solutions.\nIntelligence Community (IC) experience\nThemis Insight has all the PERKS!\nYou are our most valuable resource - your ambition, your knowledge, your creativity.
