This includes inventorying of all supplies and ordering as business needs dictate.\nRecommend improvements as related to guest and team member feedback\nMust be able to amicably resolve team member and guest related problems quickly, accurately and professionally\nMust be able to work extensively with team members in a coaching, mentoring, training as well as a disciplinary capacity.\nOversee all day-to-day functions of the Ocean Rewards and Marketing Operations Representatives, such as scheduling, assigning and daily briefing of any vital information.\nMaintain promotional calendar, required rules and regulations at the desk to ensure ease of accessibility for the Ocean Rewards and Marketing Operations Representatives.\nPerform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting Player Development, Guest Experience, Reservations, Front Desk, Promotions/Special Events, with cards and gift distribution.\nComply with all New Jersey regulatory requirements, Departmental and Company Policies including Ocean Casino Resort’s business ethics guidelines\nMaintain confidentially of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information\nThis position issues comps but does not comp to the level which requires a casino key employee license in accordance with NJ CASINO CONTROL ACT & COMMISSION REGULATIONS\nEssential Functions\nExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment\nMust be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas\nRepetitive finger and wrist motion (key board data entry) as well as prolonged viewing of data on a computer monitor\nMust be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours\nMust be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; minimum two years of recent and relevant work experience\nA minimum of 2 year Supervisory experience in a casino environment preferred\nAdvanced customer service and problem-solving skills\nExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication required\nComputer related experience desired including Konami/Synkros and Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to maintain high levels of productivity\nAbility to effectively communicate in English\nBenefits\nFree meal on shift\nTraining & Development\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off\nFree Parking\nOur cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $49,000 annually.
