The successful candidate will join the team responsible for establishing and operationalizing a centralized PMO framework that improves visibility, accountability, planning, execution and cross-functional coordination across projects and programs.\nWorking closely with senior stakeholders and experienced project leaders, the Project Manager will support strategic and operational initiatives, contribute to process development and help drive project execution excellence across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPMO Support & Governance\nSupport the development and implementation of PMO processes, standards, and governance practices.\nAssist in creating project management templates, reporting structures, and documentation.\nHelp maintain project tracking, reporting, and portfolio visibility.\nContribute to the definition and monitoring of KPIs and project performance metrics.\nProject Coordination & Delivery\nCoordinate cross-functional project activities and follow up on deliverables and timelines.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk tracking activities.\nPrepare project status reports and presentations for management.\nAssist in ensuring alignment between project execution and organizational priorities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and commercial teams.\nFacilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders.\nSupport adoption of project management processes and reporting standards.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives across project execution activities.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution efficiency and operational performance.\nIntroduce tools, dashboards, and digital workflows that support scalable project delivery.\nPromote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or engineering roles.\nExperience in high-tech, manufacturing, industrial technology, or engineering-driven environments is strongly preferred.\nExposure to structured project environments or PMO practices is considered an advantage.\nExperience in defense or aerospace industries is a plus.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and organizational capabilities.\nStrong willingness to learn and develop within a PMO and project management environment.\nComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nHigh level of professionalism, ownership and execution
