This position requires strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company protocols.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nOrder Processing:\nReceive, verify, and process orders for shipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards\n\nAccurately pick, pack, and label packages for shipment\n\nPackaging:\nEnsure medications are packaged appropriately, considering temperature, stability, and packaging specifications for safe transport\n\nSelect and utilize correct shipping supplies as required for medication safety\n\nCollaborate to maintain an organized shipping environment\n\nAdditional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the supervisor\n\nTeam Collaboration:\nWork closely with staff to support daily shipping operations and meet logistics goals\n\nCommunicate effectively with other departments and external partners to resolve shipping-related issues\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAt least 1 year of experience as a shipper/packer or in a similar logistics or warehouse role\nFluent inEnglish; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred\n\nAvailable to work flexible 10-hour shifts within the timeframe of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday \n\nBasic computer skills to process orders and track shipments\n\nFamiliarity with shipping and logistics procedures\n\nKnowledge of proper handling and packaging of medications\n\nAdditional Skills (Preferred):\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills\n\nProblem-solving abilities to manage shipment discrepancies\n\nAbility to operate packaging and labeling equipment\n\nENVIRONMENT AND COGNITIVE / PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWarehouse or shipping facility environment, including potential exposure to cold storage areas\n\nAbility to concentrate on detailed tasks with a high level of accuracy\n\nFrequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds\n\nRequires normal vision range\n\nAble to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, climb, and stack items safely\n\nJob Type: Full-time\nExpected hours: 40 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed depending on business demands\nThis is a 100% onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available\nPay Range\n$17—$19 USD\nThe Pharmacy Hub Cares:\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) plan that matches 100% up to 4%, with immediate vesting\n7 Holidays + Paid Time Off Accrual + Rollover Plan\nCommitment matters at The Pharmacy Hub!
