THE PIE · The Hub of International Education

PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

You know how to open doors at the right level. You understand what it takes to build partnerships that last, not just deals that close. And you're looking for a platform that matches your ambition.

The PIE is the global hub for international education. We are looking for someone who can own a territory, build deep commercial relationships with the world's leading international education organisations, and help shape what that looks like at a global scale.

Role: Partnership Manager

Location: Ideally London, UK based, strong candidates from anywhere in the world considered

Salary: Competitive salary plus uncapped commission

WHO YOU ARE

You've built commercial relationships that go beyond the transaction. You understand the difference between a client and a partner and you know how to turn one into the other. You're trusted by the people you work with, credible in the rooms you walk into, and hungry for what comes next.

  • A relationship builder: You invest in people for the long term. Your clients trust you, return to you, and refer you.
  • Commercially sharp: You understand your market, spot opportunities early, and move on them with confidence.
  • A proven closer: You can open a conversation, build a case, and get to yes without ever feeling like you're selling.
  • Consultative: You take time to understand what a partner actually needs and position solutions that fit.
  • Autonomous: You own your territory and your results. You don't need to be managed, chased, or told what to do.
  • Globally minded: You're comfortable working across cultures, markets, and time zones without missing a beat.
  • Resilient: You've navigated difficult conversations, hard quarters, and shifting priorities. You know how to come back stronger.
  • A people person: You're memorable. People enjoy working with you and want to keep doing it.
  • A traveller at heart: International travel is a core part of this role and you'll embrace every opportunity it brings.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll own a global territory, building, managing and growing a portfolio of partnerships with the world's leading international education organisations.

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy that drives new business and deepens existing relationships
  • Own the full partnership cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and growing
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across your market
  • Consult, don't just sell, understand partner goals and position the right PIE solution
  • Spot commercial opportunities in your territory and move on them before they're obvious
  • Deliver strong presentations and proposals that land at the right level
  • Represent The PIE at global conferences and events across the international education calendar
  • Keep your CRM sharp and your forecasting accurate, you understand why this matters
