The role will work closely with engineering teams to build the infrastructure, deployment, observability, and operational capabilities required to support applications processing millions of transactions with millisecond-level latency.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and manage scalable, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS-native services.\nBuild and operate containerized platforms using Docker and container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes/EKS.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible.\nBuild robust observability and monitoring capabilities covering infrastructure, applications, logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and SLOs.\nDesign platforms for high throughput, low latency, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability.\nMonitor and optimize system performance across compute, networking, databases, containers, and application infrastructure.\nImplement automation for provisioning, deployments, configuration management, scaling, backup, and recovery.\nImplement appropriate security, IAM, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance controls.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, production troubleshooting, capacity planning, and technical documentation.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong knowledge of Linux.\n6-8 years of hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native production platforms, with strong AWS experience.\nStrong knowledge of AWS infrastructure, networking, IAM, compute, storage, databases, load balancing, and security.\nStrong hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.\nPractical experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration and containerized workloads.\nStrong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance engineering.\nExperience designing systems capable of handling millions of transactions with millisecond-level latency.\nExperience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tooling.\nExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including performance and capacity optimization.\nStrong
