support.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn end-to-end technical delivery of applications/modules, ensuring quality, timelines, scalability, and maintainability.\nDesign and evolve application architecture using Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern architectural patterns.\nTranslate product/business requirements into technical architecture, system design, APIs, data flows, and implementation plans.\nMake key architecture and technology decisions, conduct design/code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.\nRemain hands-on and contribute to the development of critical and complex features.\nLead and mentor the engineering team, provide technical direction, remove technical blockers, and drive engineering quality.\nDesign and develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and frontend applications.\nDefine appropriate deployment, release, and environment strategies in collaboration with DevOps.\nWork with DevOps/Cloud teams on CI/CD, Docker/containerization, configuration, logging, monitoring, scalability, and production deployments.\nIdentify and proactively address technical risks, performance issues, security concerns, and scalability challenges.\nCollaborate closely with Product, QA, Business, and DevOps stakeholders throughout the SDLC.\nEnsure effective practices around code quality, testing, version control, release management, and production readiness.\n\nRequirements: \n8-15 years of experience in technical leadership, hands-on architecture, and development.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Node.js .\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.\nExperience with REST APIs and service-oriented or microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of API security, authentication/authorization, and integrations.\nExperience with asynchronous and event-driven programming.\nStrong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Angular and React.\nExperience with React application architecture and component design.\nKnowledge of state management and frontend design patterns.\nExperience in frontend performance optimisation and responsive application development.\nStrong experience in application architecture and system design.\nUnderstanding of design patterns, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.\nExperience designing distributed and scalable applications and integrations.\nAbility to evaluate technology options and make pragmatic architecture decisions.\nGood understanding of CI/CD and deployment strategies.\nExperience with Git and branching strategies.\nKnowledge of Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes concepts.\nUnderstanding of environment and configuration management.\nFamiliarity with logging, monitoring, observability, and production troubleshooting.\nWorking knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams.\nGood scripting and automation skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, Shell, Python, or similar.\nProven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.\nStrong ownership of product development and technical delivery.\nAbility to work with Product and Business teams and convert requirements into technical solutions.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance delivery timelines, technical debt, quality, scalability, and maintainability.\nExperience working in
