on security, reliability, scalability, and compliance in your areas\n\nTight partnership with product and ops to translate real workflows into systems\n\nRoadmaps, prioritization, and actually shipping\n\nWhat you'll build\nSystems powering payroll and money movement\n\nProducts across Spend, Docs, Cash, and Accounting\n\nInternal tooling that reduces manual work and errors\n\nInfrastructure that increases velocity without breaking things\n\nYour first 90 days\n30 days\nGet deep on the system, data flows, and constraints\n\nIdentify the biggest risks (payments, data integrity, scaling)\n\nShip a meaningful improvement on the spend product\n\n60 days\nStart addressing the highest-leverage technical gaps\n\nMap out future builds across the roadmap\n\nBegin influencing how we hire and level engineers\n\n90 days\nSet technical direction in your areas\n\nImprove engineering velocity and reliability\n\nHelp build out our engineering in-person
