administration: Day-to-day management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and basic system hardening\n\nJava application environments: Supporting Java-based applications and working with web and application servers\n\nCI/CD pipelines: Helping improve and maintain build and deployment pipelines; automating repetitive tasks where possible\n\nProduction debugging: Investigating failed deployments, performance issues, and unexpected behavior by digging into logs and system metrics\n\nScripting: Writing and maintaining scripts-mostly Bash, with some Python where it makes sense\n\nProduction support: Participating in releases and handling off-hours issues when required (shared across the team)\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nB.Sc in CSE/EEE/ Related technical field.\n1-3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role\n\nStrong Linux fundamentals and comfort working from the command line\n\nPractical troubleshooting and analytical skills\n\nBasic understanding of JVM-based applications (memory usage, logs, common failure patterns)\n\nWillingness to learn, take ownership, and work through problems instead of avoiding them\n\nNice to have\nExposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes (home labs count)\n\nExperience with monitoring or observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar\n\nAny experience supporting
