Currently, our infrastructure operations rely heavily on manual efforts and ticket-based workflows. Your mission will be to engineer the platform that makes manual operations obsolete. You will build self-service tooling, automate routine tasks such as OS patching and deployments and modernize our monitoring and observability stack. You will act as a force-multiplier for the entire global operations team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain automation workflows using Ansible and Terraform to provision, configure and manage VMware and Linux environments.\nBuild and automate cloud infrastructure to support secure, scalable and reliable application environments.\nLead the shift from legacy monitoring to modern observability platforms.\nBuild automated self-service tools and workflows to reduce reliance on manual ticket requests and enable faster infrastructure delivery.\nPartner with development teams to integrate operations early in the architectural process, creating a resilient environment for Therap’s applications.\nAct as a technical mentor for the SysOps and OnCall teams, upskilling the staff in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and SRE principles.\nParticipate in incident response and blameless post-incident reviews and improve automation and reliability to reduce recurring incidents and unnecessary alerts.\n\nExperience4 to 6 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service\n\nAdditional Requirements4-6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering with a heavy focus on automation.\nStrong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Go).\nDeep hands-on experience writing Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules for production environments.\nExpertise in Linux administration (Oracle Linux or RHEL preferred) and virtualization (VMware).\nExperience with modern CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and transitioning legacy infrastructure to code-driven platforms.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS or Azure and cloud infrastructure automation is a plus.\n\nEmployment status: Full
