We are moving away from manual configurations and ticket-driven operations toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated security compliance. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for our hybrid network infrastructure and security posture, helping to eliminate operational silos and working closely with development teams early in the lifecycle. You will help strengthen our capabilities in networking and security while becoming a key technical contributor in these domains.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngineer and maintain our core network infrastructure, including Cisco networking, cloud networking, FortiGate firewalls, and F5 LTM load balancers.\nDrive the transition from manual network configuration to \"Network as Code\" using tools like Ansible and Terraform.\nCollaborate proactively with application developers to design secure, scalable network architectures for both on-premise and cloud environments.\nAutomate security and compliance controls and evidence collection to maintain our rigorous SOC2, ARC-AMPE, and HIPAA standards improve audit readiness and reduce manual effort..\nMentor junior team members and OnCall engineers, fostering a culture of psychological safety, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning.\n\nExperience4 to 6 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service\n\nAdditional RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience:\n4-6 years of experience in network engineering, cloud networking and infrastructure security in mid-to-large scale on-premises and cloud environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, FortiGate firewalls, and F5 LTM configurations.\nProven ability to automate network/security tasks using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.\nExperience operating in a highly regulated environment (healthcare/HIPAA is a major plus).\nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Security+, CISSP or Fortinet certifications are preferred.\nCloud certifications such as AWS, Azure or OCI certifications are a plus.\n\nEmployment status: Full Time\nJob location:
