This role manages the coordination, budgets, schedules, procurement, and implementation oversight of IT infrastructure cabling, AV, and security technology systems across a variety of markets and industries.\nJust as importantly, this person is turning project requirements into clear assignments for Brytesight teammembers, using ClickUp to organize and prioritize work, monitoring deadlines and dependencies, identifying at-risk deliverables early, and making sure consultants have what they need to deliver quality work on time. The goal is to create clarity, remove roadblocks, protect commitments, and help the entire team succeed.\nLead Technology Projects: Manage the strategy, design, budgets, coordination, procurement, and implementation oversight of IT infrastructure cabling, AV, and security technology systems.\n\nBuild the Plan: Develop technology design and installation schedules that align with the customer's construction schedule and keep technology milestones visible throughout the project.\n\nDrive Internal Delivery: Translate project requirements into clear, actionable assignments for consultants and team members. Assign work through ClickUp with clear owners, priorities, due dates, dependencies, and expected deliverables; monitor progress and follow up before commitments become missed deadlines.\n\nBe the Client Advocate: Serve as the client's advocate for technology aspects of the project, driving coordination among client stakeholders, architects, engineers, general contractors, and technology installation vendors.\n\nManage Construction Administration: Participate in OAC meetings, conduct site visits and field observations, and provide clear reporting. Work with general contractors and technology installation vendors to ensure installations meet performance, cost, schedule, and warranty requirements.\n\nManage Workflow & Reporting: Own project workflow, task management, reporting, and delivery processes, including Agile/Sprint methodologies where appropriate.\n\nClose the Loop: Oversee vendor commissioning, training, hand-off, and owner acceptance to deliver an exceptional client experience.\n\nBuild Relationships: Develop and expand relationships with clients and project partners, including PMs, architects, MEPs, GCs, developers, real estate teams, and technology installers.\n\nStay Current: Remain a leader in understanding new and emerging technologies across structured cabling, audio visual, and security systems.\n\nManage Multiple Priorities: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of 10+ projects while maintaining exceptional customer service, quality, communication, and accountability.\n\n WHAT YOU BRING:\nYou have current/previous experience overseeing the planning, executing and delegation of responsibilities involved with IT Infrastructure and Cabling, AV, and Security systems.\n\nYou have experience working on projects of varying sizes and budgets across different industries, which could include corporate, healthcare, education, civic, sports, data center, etc.\n\nYou have experience using Microsoft Office / Google Software and industry specific software systems including CAD/REVIT, Bluebeam, MS Project,, etc.\n\nExperience with various workflow / task management software (ClickUp, Miro, Jira, Slack, etc.)\n\nYou have experience and knowledge of the architectural design and construction processes.\n\nYou understand the roles, requirements, and dynamics of clients, developers, real estate teams, PMs, architects, MEPs, general contractors, and technology installation teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects on time and on budget while maintaining a high standard of quality.\n\nOutstanding written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nWHO YOU ARE:\nYou are driven, curious, and adaptable.
