high-touch engagement of clients.\nAreas of Responsibility\nExecute monthly closes by reviewing bank transactions, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and preparing journal entries.\n\nPrepare monthly Management Reports that provide clear visibility into practice performance.\n\nAct as a second set of eyes on dental practice transactions to catch bookkeeping errors and implement process automation.\n\nAnswer client inquiries promptly and resolve flagged or uncertain transactions.\n\nSupport client onboarding, year-end closes with the tax team, annual 1099 processing, and sales tax or payroll guidance as needed.\n\nMeasures for Success\nTimeliness and accuracy of monthly closes and financial statements.\n\nResponsiveness to client communications and swift resolution of open items.\n\nClient satisfaction and NPS ratings.\n\nExpectations for remote work\nClean background with no noise or distractions\n\nBusiness casual attire for client interactions\n\nAlways use video
