This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating academic services for adolescents and young adults in treatment while collaborating closely with families, external academic systems, and internal clinical leadership. The ideal candidate brings empathy, organization, and the ability to integrate educational structure within a therapeutic environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupport program leadership and clinical teams in implementing organizational values across all aspects of program services and client care.\nCoordinate and maintain individualized educational plans in collaboration with parents, guardians, and external academic systems.\nFacilitate and maintain daily classroom structure, ensuring a productive, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment\nProvide support in clinical programming as needed, including facilitating group conversations and modeling youth-sensitive interactions.\nCoach and support staff in best practices related to educational services within a residential treatment setting.\nAssist with discharge planning related to academic transitions, utilizing discharge tools and tracking progress through the EMR.\nMonitor resident sharps and valuables, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and reporting of safety concerns.\nMaintain accurate documentation and consistent communication with clinical, billing, and utilization review teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in residential treatment, facilities management, education, or supervisory roles preferred.\nPrior experience in a residential or behavioral healthcare setting required.\nExperience in a classroom or educational setting preferred.\nFamiliarity with electronic medical records (KIPU experience a plus)\nStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills\nAbility to work effectively with adolescents, young adults, families, and multidisciplinary teams\nSalary Range\n$23—$25 USD\nBenefits\nComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision.\n401k with 4% match.\nPaid Time Off Programs including vacation, holidays, and illness.\nChef made meals onsite.\nProfessional trainings provided for development;
